About Me

Having started my career in the corporate world, I moved into personal and professional development, driven by the belief that we all have the potential to thrive.

As a hypno-psychotherapist I work with clients to help create positive change.  With training in both psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, I tailor my approach to each client’s needs. Drawing upon this integrative approach, I provide a safe space to explore whatever is needed to move forwards and will always welcome you with respect, openness, warmth, and encouragement.  I am registered with the CNHC and am an Associate Member of the National Society of Talking Therapies.

With an MSc Psychology and Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching, I also provide coaching and training.    

I have 13 years’ management and leadership experience within a FTSE 100, during which time I worked across multiple disciplines and held responsibilities including strategy development, product delivery and C-Suite stakeholder engagement.  Combining my academic and practical experience, I work with groups and individuals to deliver learning and growth experiences that are both meaningful and enjoyable. 

In addition to my work in private practice, I deliver corporate mental health and wellbeing training, and am a Freelance Facilitator for The Winning Edge Mindset Programme.
