Coaching and Training

Coaching can be a great way of working through both personal and work-related challenges.  It also helps people unlock their potential, creating long-lasting change and driving results that can benefit both individuals and organisations.  


Having worked in a FTSE 100 for 13 years, my coaching approach draws upon a wealth of experience including corporate leadership, senior management roles, project delivery, strategy development and stakeholder management.  As a qualified coach, I also bring a depth of theoretical knowledge from my MSc Psychology and so combine this with practical strategies to help clients create positive change. 


I am passionate about supporting people with both personal and professional development and, with postgraduate qualifications in Leadership and Consulting, I also deliver group training for organisations.  As an associate trainer, I deliver corporate leadership, mental health and wellbeing training, and also work as a facilitator for the The Winning Edge Mindset Programme.  I have trained teams and individuals across a range of industries, with clients based both in the UK and internationally.

 To experience the great benefits of coaching, you need a coach that can listen and hear what you don’t say as much as what you do and then be able to ask poignant questions to elicit powerful responses that you didn’t even know were within you. This is my experience of having Jenny as a coach. 


Jenny gives me a lot of space to find solutions, but stays with me (metaphorically holding my hand) till my brain searches and finds them. She’s always 100% present in our sessions. She asks questions that push me forward and I finish feeling lighter, inspired and motivated to implement the plan she’s supported me in creating.
